"The Pride IT staff has created a terrific piece of work with this innovative tool. First of all, Reorder Pro is user friendly, and should prove to be intuitive for our target clientele to use. The graphics and product descriptions are clear and to the point, and should help cut down or eliminate those annoying and time consuming order errors.
Being located in South Florida, we have quite a few store managers with English as second language skills, and this feature provides the additional benefit of matching the item picture with the name in English; a learning resource for them. Believe me, in this one area alone we need all the help we can get, and Reorder Pro comes through.
In preliminary talks with one of our larger clients, they are expressing great enthusiasm for certain key aspects of Reorder Pro, such as the Reporting section. The ability to view Activity by Location as well as by Product is an attractive feature to them. This will give us a good handle on figuring our inventory levels for their stores usage patterns. The Order Approval Queue provides certain accountability to the District Managers to review and pass along the edited orders, a vast improvement over our current system of handwritten faxes! With ReOrder Pro, no longer will I frequently have to call a store to try and figure out what someone has written.
I particularly appreciate the dealer accessibility of Reorder Pro. We can add products and change pricing in house, and not have to wait for a third party to do it for us.
